Module 6: Lesson 2: Hospital Contacts
When the 'Add New Contact' button is selected on the
'Manage Contacts' screen, a Contact Entry Form
similar to the one shown below is displayed:
A. The CORC Contact information is entered taking note of required fields which are indicated by a red asterisk ('*').
B. Lastly, 'Save' (Delete or Cancel) is pressed at the bottom of that screen.
