Module 2: Lesson 2: Review
Review
In this Lesson, we addressed the following:
-
It is not necessary to log on to CORC to access general information from the CORC website.
-
You must have a valid Username and Password to log onto CORC.
-
Three Failed attempts to log into CORC will LOCK your Username and you will need help from
your UAA (or the CORC HOTLINE) to 'unlock' it for you.
-
If your session ends (i.e., your internet connection is ended, your browser is closed, your PC is shutdown
or re-boots, or there is a power failure) before you log out of CORC, you will NOT be able to log back
into CORC until 15 minutes have passed.
-
Use the Reporting Profile information displayed to make sure you're always working with the appropriate
data type and in the appropriate report period. Use the TABs and CORC Navigation Area to select the desired
CORC functions.
-
Not all CORC users can access all CORC functions. Access is based on user type and assigned roles.
-
Each Hospital is responsible for submitting CABG Data files, retrieve and review submission results,
and for correcting errors in their CABG Data.
-
The CORC HOTLINE number is (916) 326-3865.
