Zanu has already selected 'Test' mode as well as noting that this is an 'Electronic Data File' being submitted. There are a
total of sixty-nine (69) records in this data file, so that is entered. Now Zanu presses the 'Browse' button
(A) to locate
the file that will be submitted to HCAI. This is shown in the screen below...
B. In the 'Choose file' Windows dialog box, Zanu finds and selects the desired file.
C. Now Zanu presses the 'Open' button on that 'Choose file' Windows dialog box.
When this is done, a page similar to the one below is shown...
A. The selected data file is displayed (filename and path).
B. Zanu remembered to check the 'I Agree' box.
C. She pressed 'Upload' to transmit her CABG Data file to HCAI.
