Module 3: Lesson 2: Get My Results
The following screen is displayed by either selecting 'Get My Results' from the Data Transmittal
Navigation area, or is automatically displayed after submitting your CABG Data via the CORC application
(following the confirmation page)

The information at the top of the screen includes:
- Current Data Status (A), and
- Data Transmittal Information (B).
Specific results on each Validation Program is displayed at the bottom of the screen
(C). This information includes:
Validation Program Name: This is the name of the CORC application Validation Program.
Status: This is the result of your CABG Data being validated. Possible results are:
- Not Processed
- Passed
- Failed (circled in RED in this CBT in order to highlight our error)
Error Count: This is the number of errors that were found in all of
the CABG Data records submitted to HCAI.
Warning Count: This is the number of warnings found in all of the CABG
Data records submitted to HCAI.
% Errors of Total: This is a calculation of how many CABG Data records
in the entire file were found to have at least one error.
Available Reports: If the Validation Program generated any error or warnings,
then a button will appear in this area for either summary or detailed information (See the hand!). These buttons
will ONLY appear when a report has been generated.
Selecting 'Summary' or 'Detail' is the same as selecting 'View My Errors' from the Data Transmittal
navigation area.
